A dynamic and fast-growing clothing manufacturer based in Paarl is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead its sales division. This is a key leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence in the branded apparel and promotional products space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with production to align sales goals with delivery capacity.
  • Negotiate and close profitable sales contracts and agreements.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Represent the business at trade shows and conduct regular client visits.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales within the apparel or clothing manufacturing industry.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong industry network and excellent market knowledge.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
