Our client is seeking Head of Operations: Estates & Hospitality to take charge of a diverse portfolio of estates, guesthouses, and lodge operations across the Western Cape and Namaqualand. Responsibilities- The role functions as the primary operational link between the owner and the various properties and managers
- Ensure the effective operational management of all properties and infrastructure
- Coordinate and support local managers and staff
- Develop and implement operational budgets
- Oversee infrastructure, maintenance, and service providers
- Ensure stable and professional operations across the entire portfolio
- Estate or property management experience
