Job Description

We currently have the above position available at our flexible packaging printing facility and wish to invite all suitably qualified applicants to submit their details for our consideration.

The incumbent, reporting to the Asset Care Manager, will be responsible for general building maintenance.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintaining building integrity
  • Maintaining house-keeping of factory premises
  • Painting and repairing of floors
  • Carrying out general factory & plumbing repairs
  • Carrying out weekly inspections in factory and ablutions
  • General safety and housekeeping
Qualifications
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Handyman
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Self-motivation and dedication
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Safety Awareness
  • Ability to work under physical and mental pressure
