A well-established coffee distributor and retailer is seeking a reliable and organised Half-Day General Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys a varied administrative function and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • General administrative support to the business
  • Preparing and following up on customer quotes
  • Answering incoming calls and directing queries professionally
  • Liaising with technicians regarding job scheduling, quotes, and order requirements
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Placing orders with suppliers and following up on deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a general administrative role
  • Experience with invoicing on Sage (essential)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a half-day role
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with both customers and internal staff
  • Half day 8am - 12pm or 9am to 1pm with flexibility
