A well-established coffee distributor and retailer is seeking a reliable and organised Half-Day General Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys a varied administrative function and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- General administrative support to the business
- Preparing and following up on customer quotes
- Answering incoming calls and directing queries professionally
- Liaising with technicians regarding job scheduling, quotes, and order requirements
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Placing orders with suppliers and following up on deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Previous experience in a general administrative role
- Experience with invoicing on Sage (essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a half-day role
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills with both customers and internal staff
- Half day 8am - 12pm or 9am to 1pm with flexibility
