A luxury 5-star lodge located near the Kruger National Park is seeking a professional and service-driven Guest Concierge to join its team. This role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service in a world-class hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised guest services, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
  • Assist with guest itineraries, safari schedules and activity bookings.
  • Handle guest requests and enquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with lodge departments to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and guest relations throughout the stay.
  • Support the lodge team in creating memorable experiences that reflect the property's luxury standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a guest-facing role within luxury hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
