A leading insurance company is seeking a Group Head: Transformation to provide leadership in defining and executing the transformation strategy across the group. This role requires a proven business leader with extensive experience in transformation, legislative compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will monitor the implementation of initiatives and guide the company in meeting BBBEE requirements. A Business Degree and experience in the insurance sector will be advantageous.
