The Groups Series Consultant is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of pre-packaged and tailor made group series tours for international markets. This role requires strong organisational skills, product knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to B2B and B2C partners and clients. The consultant acts as the main point of contact for travel agents, tour operators, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of group tours from the enquiry stage to post tour feedback.

Required Qualifications
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 3 to 5 Years work experience dealing with group series within the tourism industry
  • Travel & Tourism qualification would be preferable
  • Tourplan knowledge and execution would be preferable
  • Excellent South African and Regional geographic knowledge
