GROUP FINANCIAL MANAGER - MANUFACTURING / FMCG (CAPE TOWN)

The Group Financial Manager oversees the Finance division, ensuring effective financial management, risk mitigation, compliance, and accurate reporting across the organisation. The role supports strategic and tactical decision-making, cash flow management, ERP systems, and governance, while driving process improvements and operational efficiency within the Group.

• Relevant tertiary qualification and CA(SA) - non-negotiable
• Manufacturing background essential
• 4-7 years' experience in a financial leadership role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Experience managing a medium-sized finance team
• Proven track record in financial reporting, accounting systems, and management information
• Strong financial and risk management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel ERP experience (Acumatica advantageous)
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organisational levels
