An experienced Group Financial Manager is required to ensure long-term financial stability and profitability across the organisation. The role is responsible for budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, cash flow oversight, financial compliance, and leading the finance team. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial insight, ensure regulatory compliance, support audits, and enhance the overall quality and accuracy of financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (mandatory)
• SAICA professional certification (e.g., CA(SA advantageous
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements
• Experience preparing management accounts and analysing variances
• Knowledge of tax calculations, VAT, payroll compliance, and statutory submissions
• Experience leading audit engagements and ensuring timely audit completion
• Strong cash flow management and working capital monitoring experience
• Proven team leadership and supervision skills
• Experience with Infor Visual and/or Microsoft Business Central advantageous
