Role Summary

The role leads growth in key industries, manages client relationships and supports the Group CEO and Group COO in driving the business. The work covers sector leadership, business development and commercial management.

Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 3-Countries Business experience in either Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa, or any sub-Saharan country
  • At least 7 years of senior experience in business development or sector leadership
  • Strong networks within at least two of the following sectors: Telecom and Banking, FMCG and Retail, Sports Media and Gaming, Government, NGOs and Donors, Energy and Mining, SMEs, Startups and Investors. Proven ability to grow revenue and manage key accounts
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to leverage technology for business growth.
