This multi-functional role delivers exceptional guest service across the Winners Circle Desk, hotel reception, and slots gaming floor. It ensures seamless loyalty programme facilitation, accurate guest data management, and proactive engagement with slot players. The role combines hosting duties on the gaming floor with front desk responsibilities, including check-ins, reservations, and billing. It supports jackpot payouts, basic machine troubleshooting, and escalates technical issues promptly. By coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and event support, the position upholds service excellence, compliance with gaming regulations, and a secure, welcoming environment for all guests.

Grade 12

• Gaming Board License
• 1 year experience in Slots Host or Guest Relations
• Knowledge of Gaming Board rules and regulations

• Deliver exceptional guest service across Winners Circle desk, hotel reception, and slots floor.
• Facilitate loyalty programme sign-ups, manage guest accounts, and promote digital adoption.
• Host players on the gaming floor, assist with jackpot payouts, and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and event support to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold gaming compliance, monitor for security risks, and escalate technical or behavioural concerns promptly.
• Collect guest feedback, support promotions, and act as a brand ambassador to maintain service excellence.
