Job Description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone.

Their team focuses on delivering visually compelling, conversion-driven email and SMS campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and drive measurable results. Working collaboratively across creative, strategy, and retention functions, they prioritize user-centered design, innovation, and performance-focused execution.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will design visually compelling emails for e-commerce DTC brands focused on conversion and click-through rates, flows, and automations that support lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role collaborates closely with copywriters, strategists, and retention experts to bring retention strategies to life through thoughtful, user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution
  • Design creative and effective email solutions that support lifecycle marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to solve design challenges and create high-impact email and SMS experiences.

  • Iterate through all project phases, from initial concepts to revisions, ensuring successful campaign launches.

  • Create unique visual elements, including GIFs and animations, to enhance motion and engagement in email designs.

Strategic & Collaborative Thinking
  • Contribute fresh perspectives and strategic thinking to proactively solve design challenges.

  • Apply email design best practices and usability principles to ensure campaigns are user-centered and performance-focused.

Tools & Technical Proficiency
  • Utilize Figma, Photoshop, and other modern design tools to produce high-quality deliverables.

  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly, incorporating feedback and iterating efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience
  • 2+ years of design experience, ideally with DTC brands or agencies.

  • Experience designing email campaigns with knowledge of email design best practices and user-centered design principles.

  • Experience contributing to brand development and applying creative processes to drive results.

Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and modern design tools.

  • Ability to synthesize, present, and articulate design rationale clearly to clients and stakeholders.

  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to solve design challenges efficiently.

  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Collaborative mindset suited to an iterative, agile, and creative team environment.
