About you
  • Experience in designing cross-channel experiences
  • Ability to drive and close on design requirements independently
  • Implementing best practices in accessible design
  • Experience or familiarity with agile marketing and processes
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to create simple designs, simple logos and do low-complex ideation
Must Have:
  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer
  • Good business English language skills.
  • German language skills to be able to adeptly flow German copy into designs daily.
  • French (or other European) language skills are desired but not essential.
  • Experience with pharma/health technology is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic design / Marketing & Communications or a related field
  • A portfolio demonstrating experience creating great ideas, concepts and human-centred design, again any examples of pharmaceutical brands, is a plus.
  • Experience creating production specs/assets, working directly with marketeers ready for deployment.
  • Experience across a range of visual design skills like animation, iconography production, illustration, branding, and interaction design is a plus.
  • Experience with a variety of design tools and services (Adobe Suite, Figma, Invision, Microsoft Word/ PPT)
Reporting and Communication Structure
  • This role reports to the Head of Creative EMEA
Performance Review and Personal Development

By the Head of Creative on the basis of:

  • Quality of creative assets produced.
  • Client satisfaction with creative quality and performance of assets.
  • Internal project and peer feedback from colleagues, as collated by line manager.
  • Overall efficiency and adherence to agreed deadlines;
  • Analytics of how our creative output has performed;
  • Relationships with other operating companies/departments;
  • Interpersonal/communication skills;
