• Plan, prepare and present engaging Grade 3 lessons.
• Establish a nurturing teaching environment that promotes engaged learning.
• Behave professionally with regard to punctuality, conduct, standards of work and students' homework.
• Evaluate, reflect on and refine teaching practice.
• Continuously develop teaching skills through personal and school wide professional development.
• Teach extra lessons on two afternoons per week as required.
• Produce high standard resources for students.
• Respond to e mail and telephone messages from parents within 24 hours.
• Show loyalty to all facets of Reddam House.
• Attend special occasions at the discretion of the Head.
• Set and mark exams and other forms of student evaluation.
• Write report comments.
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks decided by the School Head/line manager.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with students in a Junior Preparatory Phase.
• Confidence in using ICT in teaching.
• Previous experience with IEB programmes.
• Previous experience in a high performing international school.

• University degree in an appropriate subject.
• Certified Teaching Status.
