Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst

This role involves delivering independent assurance and consulting services to strengthen TWK Agri's control environment. You will play a key role in assessing and improving the TWK control environment, provide guidance to the audit team and assist in the identification and implementation of controls in the business.

• Review business operations across the group of companies
• Identify control gaps and recommend the desired controls to be implemented
• Assist business in the implementation of the desired controls
• Track the progress with regards to the implementation of the controls implemented
• Assist in developing the internal audit programs to review the controls implemented
• Develop, implement and assist in the completion of Control Self Assessments within the different business units
• Assist management with control improvement
• Play a key role in the digitisation and automation of key controls

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Internal Audit, Engineering or related field
• Honour's degree in a related field (advantageous)
• Certified Information Auditor (CIA) qualification (advantageous)
• Control improvement experience required
• 10 years' experience in Internal Auditing or internal control development and testing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with excellent communication and attention to detail
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Great communication skills
• Valid driver's license, passport and willingness to travel
