German-Speaking Talent Scout

The Global Talent Co.

Job Description

German-Speaking Talent Scout

Entry Level Welcome Full-Time or Part-Time Remote Weekends Included

About the Role

If you're fluent in German, love connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you're always on the move - this role was built for you.

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing wellness and massage company operating across major German cities and expanding fast. You'll be the first point of contact for potential candidates - the person who reaches out, sparks interest, and keeps the energy high throughout the hiring process.

This is an entry-level role, but it's not for someone who wants to coast. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of working with people - whether that's in sales, hospitality, customer service, or any role where building rapport was your daily bread.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively reach out to new candidate leads and introduce them to an exciting opportunity
  • Hold engaging, confident phone conversations that get people interested and keep them moving
  • Screen candidates to assess basic fit and pass qualified leads through to the next stage
  • Follow up consistently - you don't let promising leads go cold
  • Cover weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) as a regular part of your schedule
  • Keep candidate records organized and up to date
  • Work closely with the People team to continuously improve outreach and conversion
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent German - this is the requirement, no exceptions. Your German needs to be at a native or near-native level.
  • Experience in a people-facing role - customer service, sales, hospitality, account management, or similar. You know how to build rapport quickly and handle conversations with confidence.
  • A natural go-getter - you don't wait for things to come to you, you go out and find them
  • Resilient and energetic - comfortable with high call volumes and the occasional "not interested"
  • Organized and reliable - you manage multiple conversations without losing track
  • Available to work weekends consistently as part of the role
  • Stable home setup with good internet for frequent calls
What You Get
  • Entry-level compensation reflective of the role, with growth potential as you perform
  • Flexible structure - full-time or part-time ( 20-30 hrs/week) options available
  • Fully remote - work from wherever you are
  • Clear processes and a supportive team from day one
  • A front-row seat to a company that's genuinely scaling fast
