Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 per month + Benefits
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives with strong German language skills (B2-C2) to support a global online retail project in Umhlanga, South Africa. This is a fully on-site role within a dynamic, shift-based environment.
Language RequirementsGerman: B2-C2 level (very good to native-level proficiency required)
English: Advanced (for training and internal communication)
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Support customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related topics
- Deliver high-quality service while meeting KPIs and quality standards
- Follow internal processes and compliance guidelines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts
- Willingness to work on-site in Umhlanga
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- 1x local flight to Durban prior to start date
- 20 nights accommodation provided (company-selected location)
