You will handle inbound customer interactions, provide solutions, and ensure an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced international environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesResolve queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
Work within a 24/7 rotational shift structure
Accurately update internal systems and case documentation
Maintain service quality and performance KPIs
RequirementsGerman language proficiency (B2-C2, written & spoken)
Good command of English for internal communication
Customer service or call centre experience preferred
Retail experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer literacy and system navigation skills
