German Customer Support Agent (Relocation Support Provided)

Join an international team in Durban. We are looking for highly fluent German speakers to support customers for a major global retail brand. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build an international career while living in vibrant, coastal Umhlanga.

What you will do
  • Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product related queries
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Escalate complex issues when required
  • Maintain accurate and up to date customer records
  • Meet quality and customer satisfaction performance targets
What we require
  • German fluency at B2-C2 level (advanced, confident, and accurate communication skills)
  • Strong English communication abilities
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Valid permission to work in South Africa
  • Clear criminal and credit records
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (retail experience advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends
  • Basic computer literacy
