German Customer Support Agent
Job Description

What you will do- Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product related queries
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer records
- Meet quality and customer satisfaction performance targets
- German fluency at B2-C2 level (advanced, confident, and accurate communication skills)
- Strong English communication abilities
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid permission to work in South Africa
- Clear criminal and credit records
- Previous customer service or call centre experience (retail experience advantageous)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends
- Basic computer literacy
