Our client, a boutique provider of high-end, tailor-made travel and lifestyle experiences, is seeking an experienced and inspirational General Manager to lead their team and oversee daily operations. As General Manager, you will guide a multi-disciplinary team, ensure seamless delivery across all operational touch points, and drive sustainable business growth. You will play a strategic role in shaping service standards, elevating guest experiences, and enhancing overall business performance.

• Oversee reservations, operations, and premium transportation services with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day operations while driving profitability, performance, and long-term growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Ensure all guest experiences align with the brand's values and luxury standards.

• Minimum 3 years' management experience within luxury travel, experiential tourism, hospitality, or a related premium service environment.
• Demonstrated success in operational and financial management roles.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and leverage business opportunities.
