The General Administrator provides centralised administrative, coordination, and reporting support to the Sales and Marketing Department. The role focuses on ensuring accurate record keeping, managing dealer and key account documentation, supporting channel reporting, and assisting senior management with administrative continuity. This role does not involve commercial decision-making or direct customer management but is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and control within the department.

Requirements
  • Matric
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar administrative role
  • Exposure to sales operations, dealer environments, or commercial administration
  • Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple trackers, document registers, and data collations
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and general document management
  • Confident in coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders
