Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and professional Front Office Manager to join a luxury lodge team in the Hoedspruit area. This is an excellent opportunity for a mature and responsible hospitality professional who thrives in a remote bush environment and is passionate about guest service excellence, wildlife, and conservation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the lodge switchboard and manage communication channels
- Handle shop sales and administration processes
- Manage booking requests and member correspondence
- Oversee inventory and stock control, including orders and purchases
- Perform administrative tasks including invoicing and reporting
- Deputise for the Housekeeping Manager in his/her absence
- Previous experience in hospitality and/or front office management
- Strong communication skills (fluent in Afrikaans and English)
- Proficiency in Pastel Accounting (including Point-of-Sale) and MS Office
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities with strong attention to detail
- Passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest service excellence
- Valid driver's licence
- Valid First Aid certificate
