Job Description

Customer Experience & Enablement Balance fraud risk management with customer experience by promoting friction-right digital controls. Contribute to customer education initiatives on digital security and scam awareness. Preferred Education 7-10 years' experience in Fraud Risk Management, Digital Banking, or Financial Crime.Knowledge of Business Banking products, payments systems (ACH, SWIFT, instant payments), and digital ecosystems. Knowledge and Skills Strong analytical, investigative, and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills. Familiarity with fraud risk tooling: device fingerprinting, behavioural analytics, rule engines, and fraud orchestration platforms.
