Your work environment

The ClubMed Hygiene, Safety and Environmental team ensures the safety and peace of mind of our guests throughout their stay. As a prevention expert, you play an essential role in guaranteeing their well being and maintaining secure, comfortable spaces across the Resort. Your working environment is designed for responsiveness and efficiency, where empathy and attentiveness are key to providing high quality service. You will be a central player in emergency management, prevention systems and safety training programs that ensure every guest enjoys a worry free experience.

You are
  • Pedagogical, able to coach and train teams effectively
  • Observant, demonstrating strong analytical and listening skills
  • Responsible, capable of handling crisis situations calmly and efficiently
  • Proactive, anticipating and implementing preventive measures before risks occur
You will
  • Develop, implement and maintain the Resort's food safety and hygiene policies, including the HACCP plan in line with local and Club Med standards.
  • Monitor and ensure regulatory and operational compliance across all food-related processes, from raw material reception to meal service.
  • Lead regular audits, identify non conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for health authorities and external auditors, managing action plans and follow-up after inspections.
  • Drive continuous improvement by proposing process, equipment, and product upgrades to strengthen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Train and coach teams on hygiene best practices, fostering a strong food safety culture and ensuring knowledge retention.
  • Track key indicators (audit results, incidents, non compliances, client health data) and report progress toward performance and compliance goals.
