We are seeking a Fleet Scheduler to coordinate and track truck movements, maintain strong client and transporter relationships, and ensure smooth operational flow. The role involves planning, forecasting, and communication with drivers, clients, and loading/off loading points. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, customer focused, and able to handle urgent queries outside of office hours.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma
  • Experience in transport or logistics
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Team player with attention to detail
  • Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with clients, drivers, and transporters
  • Prepared to handle after hours queries as needed
