Job Description

Logistics, Warehouse Fleet and Distribution

To manage and maintain the company's driver network and fleet to ensure customer demand, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring driver performance, vehicle inspections, and administration related to the fleet.

Requirements
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Responsible, reliable, and proactive.
  • Knowledge of vehicles (maintenance coordination, inspections, driving, fleet management).
  • Proven experience in fleet or driver management.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to monitor driver performance and take corrective action when necessary.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00.
  • After-hours attendance may be required for accident scenes.
  • Every 3rd weekend required for opening and closing.
