Job Summary Provides end to end sales and fleet administrative support within AVMS by coordinating customer enquiries, quotations, approvals, and vehicle related activities in line with defined service level standards. Acts as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to ensure accurate processing, timely communication, effective fleet administration, and high quality customer service, while maintaining data integrity and adherence to risk, governance, and regulatory requirements. Job Description Maintain continuous feedback to consultants on a minimum daily basis on all outstanding/pending matters. Act as coordinator between Procurement / Risk & Pricing teams on all requests for new quotations and ensure that the necessary approvals and signatures are obtained by the COO and/or Managing Executive before orders are placed. Prepare consolidated management reports, ensuring a high level of data integrity and accuracy. Issue cross border travel letters as required, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate all licensing administration activities, including requesting NATIS documents and liaising with the fines and licensing teams on vehicle licence renewals, certificates of fitness, and driver detail updates. Handle vehicle collection requests and coordinate with the disposals team to ensure seamless handover and tracking. Speaks to customers to ensure that their needs are identified and advises various options. Adheres to shared company values and service standards with regard to customer interaction. Ensure that all customer complaints are proactively managed and resolved within <4 hours. Update the Leaseman mandate screen for maintenance-related changes where applicable. Request, capture, and load monthly odometer (ODO) readings to ensure accurate vehicle usage records. Maintain accurate fleet system records by capturing and removing non funded products on the Leaseman system in line with approved mandates. Strictly adhere to all risk and governance policies, standards and procedures and escalate associated risks. Comply with Risk and Control Activities and adherences. Comply with all Human Resources policies and procedures Understand and accept responsibility for all system access granted in line with all Fraud Risk Management Policies.Education and Experience Required• Higher Certificate or equivalent NQF level 5 qualificationo Transport and Economics, Supply Chain, Business Management Studies• Three (3) years or more experience in a Managed Maintenance and/or Operating Leasing and/or Fleet Management environment Education Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required) Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
