This includes all relevant financial reports (financial statements/board papers/StratCo/Budget and Remco reports) as well as detailed analysis and commentary on the drivers of the trends as well as the financial expertise and advice and development of supporting processes that continuously enhance the delivery of financial services. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation Analysis, preparation and interpretation of financial management reports and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial reporting. Provide operational accounting and reporting advice to stakeholders using financial insights Collaborate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely and successful audit processes. Ensure compliance with IFRS, legal, regulatory requirements and internal accounting policies Identify and report on key financial metrics, trends, and variances Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
