This role includes personal sales and product training throughout the year to ensure ongoing development and success.

• Provide professional financial and investment advice to clients.
• Offer insurance and retirement planning solutions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Attend ongoing training sessions for personal and product development.

• Fit and Proper compliant (NQF5, RE5, relevant COB's).
• Previous experience in insurance sales.
• Strong financial planning and investment knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to attend training in Johannesburg.
