Job Description
Essence of the job: 
The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, and assisting with audits. The Accountant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data and supporting the property's financial planning process.
Qualification:BComfinance or related. SAICA /SAIPA Articles (bonus).
Minimum Requirements:- Strong skills in Bookkeeping, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting, Consolidations.
- Experience with Financial Analysis and Preparing Financial Statements.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data maintenance.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial.
- Essential experience in property management.
