Job Description

Ballito. A leading company is seeking an experienced Finance Managerwith a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, together with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, audit, and inventory management, and will play a key role in supporting financial stability, compliance, and strategic decision-making across the business. This role will also oversee HR administration and IT coordinationfunctions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Ensure accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements

Monitor and control stock valuation, inventory levels, and stock adjustments in collaboration with the supply chain team

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, payroll tax, and statutory submissions

Manage internal and external audits and maintain strong internal financial controls

Reconcile bank accounts and oversee payment processing

Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making

Work with department heads to improve cost control and profitability

Oversee HR administration and IT coordination functions

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Professional qualification such as CA, CIMA, or ACCAis advantageous

Minimum 5 years' experiencein financial management, preferably within an industry environment

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, audit, and inventory management

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems(e.g. Zoho, SAP, Sage)

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
