  • Assist with capturing financial transactions
  • Process supplier invoices and supporting documentation
  • Assist with debtor and creditor reconciliations
  • Prepare bank and cashbook reconciliations
  • Filing and maintaining financial records
  • Assist with month-end procedures
  • Support preparation of management accounts schedules
  • Assist with VAT calculations and supporting schedules
  • General administrative and finance support tasks
Qualifications
  • Completed or studying towards a BCom Accounting / Finance degree or similar
  • Basic accounting knowledge (debits and credits)
  • Good Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and grow in finance
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and professional attitude
