Key Responsibilities- Manage stock control across all branches (some travel required)
- Conduct rolling stock counts and update Syspro records
- Identify and implement corrective actions after stocktakes
- Calculate and manage replenishment for international parts
- Oversee inventory at our main off site warehouse
- Support the import clearing process
- Process returns to foreign suppliers
- Maintain minimum stock levels and create stock codes
- Assist with finance related inventory management and special projects
- Uphold company values: Ethics, Integrity, Quality
- Matric (finance related qualification is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
- High energy and strong customer service mindset
- Code 8 driver's licence
- Advanced Excel & strong Word proficiency
- Syspro experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy with figures and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage pressure
- English (written & spoken)

Basic salary up to R 24000 per month (Depending on experience). Provident fund of 7% (Company). Can belong to medical aid, Discovery - 50% shared by Company to maximum of R 2400.

- Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
- Technical certification or diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (advantageous).
- Minimum 3-5 years external sales experience in HVAC or related technical sectors (refrigeration, air conditioning, mechanical systems).
- Strong network within the HVAC contractor, engineering, and construction industries.
- In-depth understanding of HVAC products and applications.
