Finance Administrator
Job Description
We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator who will be responsible for invoicing customers across multiple legal entities, managing the inbox across assigned entities, networking with the wider finance teams, other departments and stakeholders to ensure customer collections are managed effectively by maintaining and building strong relationships. In addition, flexibility will be needed to assist where required for cash allocations, raising invoices, raising credit notes and managing inboxes.
Responsibilities will include:- Accurately invoicing customers across multiple legal entities
- Following up with the pricing team to maximise the number of billable jobs each month
- Dealing with all queries that come in and taking responsibility for actioning each point
- Posting the cash received into the AR ledger, allocating it to the appropriate customers and invoices
- Onboarding new customers, ensuring new customers comply with the credit policy and D&B recommendations
- Managing any additional tasks which may relate to the billing activities such as consolidated invoicing
- Matric Equivalent, Maths and English (C grade or higher)
- Good organisational skills with strong ability to prioritise and deal with high volumes
- Able to balance diverse workload and prioritise tasks
- Results orientated; take responsibility and high client driven
- Trustworthy and ethical
- Excellent communication both oral and written
- Experience of using Sage X3 or similar system
- Knowledge with intermediate Excel skills (pivots/lookups) would be advantageous.

Full time role, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30) offered as hybrid from our Kempton Park, Johannesburg office 4 days per week and 1 day working from home.
