The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• On-site breeder houses.
• Risk management, bio-security and the staff compliment.
• Welfare of the birds.
• Attending to registers, graphs, vaccinations and ventilation, among other responsibilities.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• Five (5) Years relevant Breeder experience in supervising a large poultry production complex.
• The ability to cope under pressure.
• Clear understanding of 20 keys.
• High standard towards housekeeping and attention to detail.
• Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
• The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required.
