Key Responsibilities
You'll be the operational heartbeat behind our buildings,projects, and people, ensuring every site runs safely, efficiently, andbrilliantly.
Your days will include:
- Leadingthe facilities and project workstream across several locations.
- Scoping,planning, and delivering projects from start to finish.
- Workingclosely with trusted suppliers and contractors.
- Managingproject plans, timelines, budgets, and milestone tracking.
- Keepingall facilities documentation, layouts, and site records audit ready.
- Overseeingdaily facilities operations and building maintenance schedules.
- EnsuringHealth & Safety and compliance standards are met across all sites.
- Monitoringquality assurance, service standards, and contractor performance.
- Leadingand developing a multi disciplinary team (office, admin, cleaning,maintenance).
- Providingclear weekly progress updates and monthly reports to the Executive team.
- Respondingto critical maintenance issues when needed (including occasional standby).

We'd love to meet you if you have:
- Strongexperience in a facilities environment (multi site experience is ideal)
- Provensupplier and contractor management skills
- Solidproject management experience, from planning to delivery
- Experiencein high pressure, fast moving operational environments
- Excellentcommunication skills, with stakeholders at every level
- Confidenceusing MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Highattention to detail and a commitment to high quality work
- Health& Safety experience (advantageous)
- Experiencein Facilities, Building or Operations Infrastructure Management(essential)
- 3-5+years' management experience in a Facilities Manager role.
- Experiencein planning, project execution, quality assurance & contractmanagement
- Ownvehicle and valid driver's license (essential)
