This role provides administrative, compliance, and operational support to the Finance & Insurance function and dealer floor plan administration. The position ensures accurate processing of vehicle finance and insurance transactions, effective floor plan control, reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory, lender, and internal requirements to minimise financial and interest risk.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Business, Accounting or Administration (advantageous)
• 2-4 years' experience in F&I support, automotive dealership administration, or banking operations
• Knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance products, and regulatory requirements (preferred)
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
