Overview

You'll be on the ground, solving real problems for real users.

This is a hands-on support role working inside client environments, where your ability to troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and take ownership matters.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Supporting end-users across devices, systems, and applications
  • Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, email, and collaboration tools
  • Resolving network, connectivity, and VPN issues
  • Supporting enterprise applications
  • Providing high-priority executive support
  • Coordinating with vendors and escalation teams
