This is a hands-on support role working inside client environments, where your ability to troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and take ownership matters.
What You'll Be Responsible For- Supporting end-users across devices, systems, and applications
- Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, email, and collaboration tools
- Resolving network, connectivity, and VPN issues
- Supporting enterprise applications
- Providing high-priority executive support
- Coordinating with vendors and escalation teams
- Strong technical troubleshooting ability
- Calm under pressure
- Clear communication with users and stakeholders
