Contract: 6 Months
Location: Remote Working Eastern US hours
Our client is a global IT services and technology solutions provider specialising in digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure, and security. They work with enterprise and public sector organisations worldwide, delivering complex IT solutions and ongoing managed services that modernise and secure end user and infrastructure environments.
The RoleWe're looking for an experienced EUC Engineer with a strong support background to help manage, maintain, and improve end user computing environments.
You'll be hands on with Windows 11, device management, patching, imaging, and security updates in a large scale enterprise setup.
What You'll Be Doing- End user support and troubleshooting
- Windows 11 installs, configuration & maintenance
- Patching, imaging, and OS deployments
- Applying security updates and bug fixes
- Managing devices using Intune & SCCM
- Supporting Azure based endpoint services
- Using PowerShell for automation and scripting
- Strong end user support experience
- Solid Windows 10/11 expertise
- Proven Intune & SCCM experience
- Azure and PowerShell knowledge
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- 6 month contract with a global tech leader
- High impact EUC role
