Job Summary An exciting opportunity is available! The purpose of this role is to assist Investment Managers with administrative and operational support. Job Description Validate correctness and accuracy of info on Deal Sheet for: (Maturities, New Investments, Maintenance, Transfers and Rate Changes). Validate correctness and accuracy of info captured by Back Office: (Maturities, New Investments, Maintenance, Transfers and Rate Changes). Populate Deal Sheets via Orchestrate for: Maturities, New Investments, Maintenance, Transfers and Rate Changes Obtain Clients acceptance of Quote with the necessary proof Investigate reasons as to why a deal sheet was not fit for processing (IRA also involved) Populate and Maintain Client Detail on Orchestrate Send confirmation letters to clients when the investment account has been Opened Maintain the CASA list/issue CASA numbers for new investment accounts. Draw up SOX listings from the operational system on a daily and weekly basis, consolidate the lists and conduct various control checks. Reconcile SOX list on a monthly basis and forward to the Investment Specialist for signing off. Identify quality leads from the assessment of prospective investment clients from the various listings that the Liability Administrator draws from the operational system. Minimum requirements: Grade 12 plus NQF level 5 qualification At least 3 years relevant experience in an administrative/clerical role or similar capacity. Two years' working experience, preferably in Absa Relationship Banking Regulatory and Compliance knowledge Basic knowledge and understanding of liability products. Education Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required) Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
