Developmental Assignment and Responsibilities
  • Experience and Coaching: Gain practical experience and receive on the job coaching to ease your transition into the working environment.
  • Industry Insights: Gather valuable industry insights and best practices.
  • Innovation & Business Solutions: Apply your theoretical knowledge to develop business solutions. Leveraging your unique perspective as a recent graduate.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with project tasks, assignments, and initiatives. Conduct research, analysis, and documentation to support ongoing projects under the guidance of team members.
  • Networking: Attend meetings, seminars, and networking events to expand your knowledge and build relationships within and outside the organization.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Seek feedback from supervisors and mentors to continuously improve your performance and skills. Provide continuous performance feedback to colleagues and peers.
Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other qualification:

  • Engineering: Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Chemical Engineering
  • Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) or Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSc Eng)
  • Advanced Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BEng Tech)
  • Bachelor of Engineering Technology Honours , Postgraduate Diplomas, Master of Engineering
Requirements
  • Recent Graduation: Typically, recent graduates or those who graduated within the past two years.
  • Academic Achievement: Strong academic record and demonstrated achievement in coursework and extracurricular activities.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Mindset: Curiosity, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
  • Applicants who have participated in a YES programme before do not qualify.
  • South African citizenship
