Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all website-generated orders end-to-end.
  
• Validate Apple product configurations with precision.
  
• Communicate proactively and clearly with clients at every stage.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
  
• Track orders, flag potential risks early, and resolve issues quickly.
  
• Ensure every order is completed correctly and closed properly.
  

• Strong attention to detail and structured approach to work.
  
• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously without losing control.
  
• Confident and professional communication with clients.
  
• Accountable - takes ownership and follows through.
  
• Fast and efficient, but never careless.
