MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo receive and prioritize emergency & non-emergency telephone calls from the public by dispatching the relevant emergency service providers.
To deliver world class service to all Mediclinic patients, clinicians and general callers by supporting and fully resolving their queries through various channels, primarily over the telephone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS- Answer and transfer incoming calls
- Basic contact centre administration
- Serving all key stakeholders telephonically and via other servicing channels as required until the query has been resolved.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE2 years in omnichannel customer service contact centre environment within healthcare or emergency services.
Desired: 1-3 years dispatching in an EMS contact centre.
