Our client, an electronic design, manufacturing, and software development company specializing in all-in-one access control systems for security estates, is seeking a motivated and professional Electronics Support Technician to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is technically minded, calm under pressure, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Qualification in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Valid driver's licence (compulsory)
  • Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Willingness to learn product setup, configuration, and fault-finding
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via email, WhatsApp, and telephone
  • Assist clients with product setup and troubleshooting
  • Perform fault-finding on devices and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Deliver professional and helpful customer service at all times
