WE'RE HIRING CONTRACT ELECTRICIAN WANTED

Top Building (Pty) Limited is a fast-growing property maintenance company based in Pretoria, proudly servicing major clients in the insurance, banking, and manufacturing sectors.

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with project teams on construction and maintenance projects.
• Provide preventative maintenance to minimize system downtime.
• Accurately document work performed and maintain job records.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid driver's license
• At least 3 years of hands-on electrician experience
• Males between 20-40 years of age
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Trade Test Certificate (Electrician) or equivalent qualification.
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
