Candidates will assist and gain training in the following areas:

Logistics & Electoral Operations
  • Drafting specifications
  • Liaising with suppliers and service providers
  • Warehousing and inventory management
  • Material management
  • Supporting by-elections and corporate elections
  • Assisting with electoral initiatives
Administrative Duties
  • Minute taking and report writing
  • Preparing presentations
  • Responding to routine enquiries
  • Compiling and distributing documents
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
A 3-year Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in:
  • Logistics
  • Warehouse Management
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to learn new systems and software
Advantage:
  • Valid driver's licence
