E-Commerce Executive Assistant
Job Description
A fast-growing online retail business within the home and lifestyle sector is seeking a motivated E-Commerce Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced e-commerce environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Update and maintain product listings on the Magento e-commerce platform.
- Support website merchandising to optimise customer experience and sales.
- Upload new products and create categories on the website.
- Generate and compile reports on e-commerce trading performance.
- Analyse and report on product sales performance.
- Assist with additional e-commerce and administrative tasks as required.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year experience listing products on a Magento web platform.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
