Duties & Responsibilities- Lead the divisional procurement strategy to drive profitability, sustainability, and growth
- Optimise sourcing, category management, tenders, and supplier performance
- Strengthen supplier relationships and ensure continuous compliance and governance
- Champion e-Procurement, cost-saving initiatives and Preferential Procurement targets
- Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing Procurement team
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance and Sales to meet business goals
- Strategic procurement, category management, and strong supplier negotiation skills
- Advanced analytical ability with strong Excel and financial modelling capability
- Proven experience leading a procurement function and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in e-Procurement systems (D365 advantageous)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across operations, finance, and sales
- Ability to manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive Preferential Procurement and ESG outcomes
- Confident, resilient, and able to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment with integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or CIPS Level 4+
- Minimum 5+ years' experience leading a Procurement function across multiple business units and service offerings
- Demonstrable experience in strategic sourcing, category management, negotiation, and cost leadership
