Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead the divisional procurement strategy to drive profitability, sustainability, and growth
  • Optimise sourcing, category management, tenders, and supplier performance
  • Strengthen supplier relationships and ensure continuous compliance and governance
  • Champion e-Procurement, cost-saving initiatives and Preferential Procurement targets
  • Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing Procurement team
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance and Sales to meet business goals
Skills and Competencies
  • Strategic procurement, category management, and strong supplier negotiation skills
  • Advanced analytical ability with strong Excel and financial modelling capability
  • Proven experience leading a procurement function and developing high-performing teams
  • Expertise in e-Procurement systems (D365 advantageous)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across operations, finance, and sales
  • Ability to manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive Preferential Procurement and ESG outcomes
  • Confident, resilient, and able to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment with integrity
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or CIPS Level 4+
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience leading a Procurement function across multiple business units and service offerings
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic sourcing, category management, negotiation, and cost leadership
