• Gain hands on experience across global business areas such as inspection, operations, quality, sustainability, and commercial functions
• Support day to day operational and project activities
• Contribute to cross regional initiatives that improve how we work
• Build a strong understanding of PCU's services, standards, and values
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement and responsible business practices
• Take ownership and accountability for your work

WHO CAN APPLY

• Recent graduates or early career professionals (0-3 years' experience)
• Degree in business, sustainability, agriculture, engineering, science, data, or related fields
• Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)
• Willingness to work in a global, international environment
