Job Description

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain all health, hygiene, and safety standards within the kitchen
  • Have full knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of work areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Keep the assigned kitchen section clean, organized, and always maintained
  • Inform the Head Chef of ingredient requirements and stock needs
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared fresh and ready on time
  • Ensure dishes are correctly garnished, portioned, and plated according to standards
  • Assist in optimizing kitchen workflow and cooking processes
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative working environment within the kitchen team
Requirements
  • Culinary Certificate or Diploma
  • 2-3 years' experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer service orientation and people skills
  • Ability to maintain professional working relationships across departments
  • Comfortable working in a high-end hospitality environment
  • Honest, flexible, and accountable
  • Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude
  • Punctual and self-disciplined
  • Excellent attention to detail
